Edit 2: Looks like an enum based on DQXI-SDK's documentation so this is what you'll want -- ForceSetSibariPlayFlag 6 1 which will activate "Stronger Monsters" then ForceSetSibariPlayDisplayFlag 1 which should ensure that the little yellow window on the left appears (you may have to open and close the menu after doing so for it to appear) It worked!
